Put away those tacos!! Tuesday is now DUPR Tuesday. We've selected a day of the week to encourage DUPR play at all of our venues. Just show up at your normal open play times, find others who are working on establishing DUPR ratings, play some games and report your scores to DUPR. DUPR Tuesday play doesn't preclude other open play games at any venue.
At Bestgate, PAL and Truxtun: try to get foursomes of DUPR members to play together during normal open play times. Record your scores afterwards. DUPR play doesn't interfere with or preclude other open play games. When you're playing as part of a foursome of DUPR members, just record the scores. All players must either record or confirm scores.
At Truxtun only: we will reserve the hybrid courts 7/8 for DUPR play ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. These are the lighted courts, so this gives evening players an opportunity to get their DUPR matches in. The lower courts are also generally available for DUPR games. NOTE: please put nets and the equipment away in their proper lockers when finished. Do not leave APC equipment set up on the courts unattended.
Singles too! There is a separate DUPR singles rating. When you're playing singles with another DUPR member, remember to record your scores.
All levels of play are appropriate for DUPR! If you're a beginner, if you're a pro, or anywhere in between, just sign up, play and record your scores.

Just what is DUPR?
(The)"Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR) is the most accurate and only global rating system in Pickleball. All players, regardless of their age, gender, location, or skill, are rated on the same scale between 2.000-8.000 based on their match results."
APC is a participating club. We will be using DUPR ratings to seed players in our upcoming members' tournament, ladders and more. The more you play and report your scores to DUPR, the more accurate your rating becomes, and the better you matches become. Best of all, you can just use your open play games to contribute to your DUPR rating.

How do I get a DUPR rating?
- Sign up with DUPR and get an account/login. Don't forget to designate APC a your club when you sign up.
- When you play, find 3 other people with which to play who are also establishing DUPR ratings. This should be easy on DUPR Tuesday. But you can play anytime.
- Don't forget to set up singles DUPR matches if you play singles.
- Play ball!!! Nothing special to organize, just play your normal games,
- Report your scores after the games are finished using the DUPR mobile app or web browser.
- The more you play, the more you report scores, the more accurate your rating becomes. Keep playing!
- Monitor your DUPR rating at https://app.mydupr.com or use the mobile app.
- Use your DUPR ratings to set up compatible matches, or in competition.
- Watch your progress in what is effectively a WORLDWIDE LADDER of players.
